Return and Exchange Policy
Red Earth will gladly accept unworn or defective and damaged merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date.
Please keep in mind when shopping at redearthtradingco.com that all of our products are handmade. Though we do our best to make our photos true to color and our dimensions true to size, each of our products is unique. Not one item will be exactly like another, so your order may differ slightly from the item pictured.
We believe that having only handmade items makes our products truly special and each purchase you make will be one-of-a-kind.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or is defective within 30 days of shipping date, you can either return the product by mail or by emailing us a photo of the product. Once Red Earth receives the photo or the returned damaged product, we will either refund your purchase or mail you a replacement.
All Other Returns and Exchanges
If you order the wrong size or color, we will gladly exchange it for you within 30 days of shipping date. Because we currently offer free shipping on all purchases, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping us your return or exchange item. Once we receive your returned or exchanged product, we will send you your replacement product at no additional cost to you.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for an item of greater value, you will incur the additional cost. If you wish to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, we will refund you the difference.
